Attachment Styles: Basis of Our Spiritual Journey

An Introduction to the CIL Process in Boulder CO

Alexis Johnson, PhD

When: February 5 & 6, 2011

Where: Boulder, Colorado

Each of us is born into dependence. During our early years, we co-create an attachment style – secure or insecure. Whatever it is, it forms the template for our relationship to our self, to our intimate others and to transpersonal realms. We grow up with an unspoken, unconscious set of rules of ‘how to do it’ – ‘it’ being how to do relationships in general, and in particular, how love should look and feel. This unknown, unspoken Love Map is stored in our limbic brain and we can always call on it, even if it has not been particularly helpful in the past.

This will be an experiential workshop incorporating neuroscience and attachment theory with dynamic family sculpture and guided imagery to explore your personal attachment style and how it affects your life on all levels.

This workshop will be held at the lovely home of Annamaria Begemann in Boulder, CO.

Dates: Saturday February 5th, 10:00am-5:30pm and Sunday February 6th, 10:00am-1:00pm

Cost: $150
