Posted on by admin

Date: June 16, 2012

We are excited to announce that the Center for Intentional Living in collaboration with REAP (the Rwanda Education Assistance Project) will hold an all day conference on spiritual journeying through personal and collective trauma and the ways in which they can give rise to our compassionate inter-being. The morning will focus upon the journey into spiritual life opened through personal trauma. Discussion will include an exploration of related neurobiology, embodied imagery and mindfulness practice. In the afternoon a panel of survivors of the Vietnam,  Bosnian-Croation and Iraqi wars and the Rwandan genocide will share their personal journeys of physical and spiritual survival.   Proceeds from this conference will go to the incredible work of REAP…you can check REAP’s website at: Rwanda.edu.org.Put this date on your calendar and await further information
